Thinking Before Creating

While Chief Architect is coming at any day now I have to start thinking of what I want to create for my first residential home. As I stated before in my last post, I was thinking of either creating a home that I recently sketched out in the past, or if I should do a whole new home. I've been thinking for a while and I decided that for the first house I will do a recent home that I've been working on a lot on paper sketching a lot. This home is a single story house with a garage built next to the building. As the program will arrive at any day, I'm very excited to start on it as I've been watching at tutorial videos on how to us Chief Architect. If you look below at the picture, it is the design that I will be working on in Chief Architect. In the top right corner is the separate building with the garage. This design will be mostly similar or exactly alike to the one I'll be making in Chief Architect.
